At DILLING my main responsibilty is to improve processes in the supply chain. To support this, I have developed PowerBI reports, which prioritize production and brings transparency to production and business in general. This was previously a part which did not have much focus in the supply chain. But now it is an integrated part of the daily work for all sites for planning and prioritizing.Moreover, I make budgets for each step in the production, so all production is aligned, to keep up with increasing demand. From this we have e.g. started new sewing production in Ukraine and increased capacity in the dyehouse.From this we also decide where to make new investments in the supply chain, where I am driving some of these projects. In 2023 we have installed conveyors and new packing tables in the warehouse in Denmark - and are now looking into expanding Autostore and buildings for our dyehouse.I am also responsible for all freight related to DILLING, where I have reduced costs for both internal and external freigth despite a market with increasing costs in general.

As a reporting consultant at Administrations- og Servicestyrelsen, which is a part of the Danish Ministry of Taxation (Skatteministeriet), I developed HR reports from PDF to reports in Power BI.

During my study I worked part time as a Logistic Analyst at Kramp in Skjern. This also gave me the opportunity to write my thesis together with Kramp, where I was analyzing and improving picking performance in the Swedish warehouse. Based on this we implemented changes in the picking routes, stocking rules and picking strategy, which led to a reduction of 20% of the distance between picks in the manual part of the warehouse. After graduation I have continued in a full time position. As a Logistic Analyst I worked with many different people in different departments and countries. My primary responsibility was to analyze and improve processes mainly in the Nordic warehouses, but also throughout the whole value chain. I have created different automated reports based on different systems and data sources, which gives the management more control of their processes and performances. These new reports are a central part of the management reporting. Instead of only having the primary KPI’s of the whole value chain on a monthly level, I have broken down and automated these processes, so the data is updated and used on a daily basis. To be able to make these reports it requires a deep knowledge of our ERP Microsoft Dynamics AX and WMS systems from KNAPP and Logiware. Data from the different systems was prepared mostly in Alteryx and presented i Tableau.Moreover, I have been involved in different projects, where I have been the project leader in a more of these. An example of this is a project called On Time Delivery/First Time Right, which I have been implementing in all Nordic countries. In this project we have improved and visualized the performance in the different steps, from the customer places an order to delivery at the customer.
