201 Lexington (Associate/Project Manager):Built 2019Occupying a full block in downtown Glendale, 201 Lexington consists of four 6-story buildings with 494 units over multiple amenity and commercial spaces and totals more than 468,000 SF. This project "is billed as the largest multifamily development to break ground in Los Angeles County this year" (2016). Residential amenities are provided including a gym, yoga studio, competition-sized pool, rooftop decks and a public paseo.Step Up On Colorado (Project Architect): Built 2015. -LEED Platinum - Professional Building "Gold Design Award" A 24,000 SF, 34 Unit project located on a small lot in downtown Santa Monica. This project provides permanent supportive housing for homeless individuals with mental illness. The facility includes two community rooms with kitchens, a resident’s computer lounge and library, and support offices.Villas at Gower (Job Captain):Built 2012- LEED Platinum- AIA Los Angeles Design Award "2013 Design Citation"- Westside Urban Forum "2013 Westside Urban Prize Award"- PCBC "2014 Gold Nugget Merit Award - Best Affordable Project" A 62,900SF, 70 unit project made up of 12 studios, 34 one-bedroom & 24 two-bedroom apartments. The project provides permanent supportive housing for transitional age youth, adults and families who are homeless and have special needs. Wilshire Hotel (Job Captain):Built 2011- LEED Silver- PCBC "2013 Gold Nugget Merit Award" A 41,900SF upscale 74-room boutique hotel that breathes new life into an existing 1950’s six-story medical offices building.The exclusive new rooftop terrace boasts the ultimate amenities: a sparkling pool, private cabanas, an intimate fireside lounge, and a panoramic cityscape view. The architectural design creates a new, luminescent street facade and creates a vibrant center for business and leisure near the heart of many of Los Angeles’ cultural attractions.

Revit ITWhile working at JSFA I was responsible for the office wide transition to Revit. This included, but was not limited to, managing new Revit users, attending Revit seminars and all our in-house training. Las Positas College Center for the ArtsWorked from Program thru CD on a 55,000 SF performing arts center in Livermore, California. The program inlcuded a performing arts center with a 500 seat proscenium theatre, two black boxes, numerous classrooms and an exterior amphitheatre. The project was completed in 2010 and received a LEED rating of Silver.
