Just after arriving at Experis I acquired both the CISSP and the ISO 27001 Lead auditor certifications.At the same time I participated in the growth of the Cyber Security Consultancy Business in Experis - a new business at the time.Subsequently i have had 4 major assignments as consultant:- Information Security Consultant for a medical Company (7 months)- Information Security Consultant for a energy company (5 months)- ISO 14001 consultant for Experis (6 months)- Information Security Consultant at NNIT/Aeven (Will total 27 months)My Information Security assignment have mainly been about complying to ISO 27001 - so a very broad approach to Information Security. Tasks include:- Merging ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 into one management system.- Assessing 20+ cloud vendors.- Preparing clients for audit.- Preparing client for iso 27001 certification.- Onboarding financial clients to security operations.- Defining Security governance.- Security Reporting for clients.As a special assignment I have designed and implemented ISO 14001 in Experis. And we obtained the certification.The reason why I took up the challenge was my deep knowledge of another ISO framework, namely the ISO 27001 framework. I found out that their respective management systems (EMS and ISMS) are very much alike, and based on that I took up the challenge.The same is true for ISO 9001 that I helped a medical client to join with ISO 27001. Their management system (QMS and ISMS) are very similar.
