Global responsible for ensuring that the support, services and products delivered from the IT organisation to the Global Supply Chain and the Global Finance business units, are in accordance with the business needs. Besides daily operation and project related tasks, a large part of my work involved ensuring alignment of expectations between the business unit and the IT organisation. This included constantly ensuring that the all actions was in accordance with both the Business strategy as well as the IT strategy, as well as following up on the agreed Service Level Agreements. I was responsible for implementing the Service Level Management process as part of a large ITIL project. I connection with this, I became a certified Service Level Manager.

Planning and implementing new CRM solutions (Siebel) including educating users. Support responsible to existing customers. In connection with larger projects, I was also responsible for the project management.

ERP consultant/project manager working with the ASPECT4 ERP/MPS system(AS/400), with both Sales-, Purchase, Production- and Inventory management modules. Working both nationally and internationally, one of the projects involved an ERP implementation in both the parent company in Denmark, as well as the 3 subsidiaries in Germany, USA and Ireland.
