CurrentHired to execute end-to-end change in research technology systems and production processes at Peel Hunt. Initiated a full digital transformation of the company's research product.Built a new research technology architecture with a focus on data in order to generate significant operational leverage for the research department. Currently co-leading the development of artificial intelligence at Peel Hunt to take advantage of this architecture.Closely collaborate with in-house AI/ML analyst to build tools and product powered by Large Language Models, AI enabled APIs, and multimodal modelling.Deepened and broadened datasets through a complete replacement of the model database, while significantly increasing connectivity via extensive use of APIs.Built and market Peel Hunt's Data as a Service business, leveraging highly accessible, proprietary datasets.Replaced the authoring platform, and redesigned all workflows, templates and dataflows. Built a completely new research portal to leverage and visuallise model data, CRM client information data, and multimedia, while significantly improving user analytics.Successfully integrated hundreds of thousands of datapoints across four external vendors and Peel Hunt. Won recognition for creating the best research product among all major investment banks in terms of aesthetics by the Financial Times in 2023. Conceived of, designed, and oversaw construction of an in-house multimedia studio. Ramped up production of podcasts and videos. Experimenting with AI to significantly scale multimedia output.Manage a publications team of six, including supervisory analysts, editors, and video producers.Oversee the day-to-day production and distribution of research product and manage the production pipeline.
