CurrentRESPONSIBLE FOR OPERATIONS & PROJECTS WITHIN FINANCE, IT & SERVICES, INCLUDING 50 STAFF AND WITH DIRECT REFERENCE TO THE MANAGERS OF FINANCE, CONTROLLING, IT & SERVICES. SELECTED INITIATIVES AND RESULTS:• Introduction of a new budget model, in which budget deviations can be broken down into their primary causes, including productivity, lawyer resources, rate per hour as well as billing rates. The new model enables quick identification of causes for budget deviations at both company and department levels.• Development of a new method for easily calculating net profit for relevant income segments. • Developing a number of new Key Performance Indicators in the firm.• ”Turnaround” of the Accounting Department. • Implementing “Lean” in the billing process.• Developing standard texts on invoices, describing the typical procedures of different kinds of legal assignments. • Implementation of a new electronic document handling and work flow system in the Company, including the adaptation of work processes to the new electronic regime.• Implementation of a new Business Intelligence System.
