I have worked with change management for more than 15 year and a large portion of that as Manager (8+ years). I´ve had up to 20 employees. My focus areas is: People management in general; To motivate and develop my employees; To achieve the department objectives (KPI); To create good working conditions and a good atmosphere. One of my priorities has always been to get the department/team to work as a high performance team. Project Management. Prince 2 certified – both Foundation and Practitioner. I have implemented a number of successful projects. They range from small projects with a few participants to major projects with large budgets, complex setup, many stakeholders and project participants. I have experience from both organizational changes projects within the business to more traditional IT development projects. Business Relationship Management/Service Delivery Management. 15 years with responsibilities where the customer interfaces with IT. Serving as BRM or SDM has provided me with a great understanding of business processes and the opportunities that technology can provide. I know what the customers need what it takes to bring their business further, and how to achieve this goal.My work experience originates mainly from major Danish companies with international interests. This gives comprehensive knowledge about how to create results in large, complex and partly political organizations.
