Responsible area was leading Nastola kitchen cabin factory which had 200 persons and i was a management team member in group Supply region north (Finland, Norway, Denmark, Sweden). We created a new transfer price model, started new daily management and continuous improvement with PDCA. We started S&OP (sales and operation planning) together with all local operations to help in demand variance and capacity planning. Strong focus on safety started to show good development.Nobia is Europe’s leading kitchen specialist with operations that span over the entire value chain, from product development to sales to end customers. Levypyörä had negative result in many years and my task was to make turn around andfind new owner for the company. Turnover increased by almost 60 % from 11 m€ to 17,5 m€and result was positive. We implemented new ERP system with CPQ tools and Power BI program to support growth and improve business analyses. Some investments were implemented and increased margins. Nokian heavy tyres acquired Levypyörä in 1.8.2019. After acquisiton i started as a member of Nokian heavy tyres management team.Levypyörä specializes in the manufacture of wheels for slow-moving and heavy-duty machinery, as well as in the design, product development, and manufacture of steel structures.As an agile supplier, we help our customers to improve their businessand simplify the order-delivery chain.We are part of the Nokian Tyres group.

Kavika Oy acquired Malmi Steel Oy in 12/2015 and this company merged to Kavika groupand same time my responsibilities changed from COO to group production director at Kavika group.Kavika group had three different companies Kavika Oy, Kailin Oy and Malmi Steel Oy. My role was to manage production, product design and purchases as well as to achievebenefits from synergies. In the beginning i started with a new factory project, which we managed to build up and move opeartions to new site in 11 months and under the budget. My responsibility areas were production, design, offering, purchase and in Itab group´s north eastregion (Finland, Baltics, Russia and Ukraine) production and purchase coordination with 350persons. Production technology was updated during these years and new ERP system were implemented.
