In my current job I´m responsible for Swecos Indian geotechnical team in Gurgaon, New Delhi, India. I frequently visit India office. I´m also responsible for internal education in Sweco; GeoClinics, Swecos annual internal education for Young geotechnical engineers and FieldClinic which is annual internal education for our field engineers.

As a Technical manager I was responsible for coordination and developing of the geotechnical organisation in Sweco. Also responsible for annual geotechnical Conference and internal GeoClinics and fieldClinics.

My responsibility was to educate and support young geotechnical engineers. I was then responsible for coordinating and implementation och Company Trainee program for Young geotechnical engineers. I also started GeoClinics for Young geotechnical engineers outsidathe trainee program.

My responsibility was to support the sales organisation with geotechnical support in interacting with customers within the Foundation business in Sweden. I also was responsible for regular knowledge events as; Steel pile day, Foundation wednesday and Foundation breakfast. I was also a guest presenter in Norway and Finland. I also had a very Active role in developing and marketing of RD piles with threaded sleeves and and RD pilewall.
