Managed the transfer process of two highly specialized product lines from ASSA ABLOY to be contract manufactured by Ztift- Planning the build and infrastructure of a new production facility - Maintaining and running the production at ASSA ABLOY facility before physical transfer - Knowledge transfer: Processes, products, machinery, labor, manufacturing, quality and suppliers - Plan, prepare and execute move of machines, inventory, tools and labor- Managing production start up: Order process, production, supplier-network, logistics, invoicing etc

I analyzed and reviewed annual financial reports and network data from Swedish Energy and Power companies to validate and guarantee quality of reported information. This gave me broad knowledge of the Swedish energy market and improved both my analytical and data management skills. Daily business support to the Energy market required specific legal knowledge, good customer service and great communications skills.

My main tasks was to handle accounts receivable and accounts payable as well as being responsible for a larger part of the payroll administration in Sweden. My work assignments left little room for errors and great thoroughness in every decision was essential.
