One of the unique assets of Jobs and Society is it’s widely spread system of networks. People who get started through an Enterprise Agency also come into contact with a network of local advisors. A Swedish microbrewery. I initiated the project of establishing a microbrewery in the county of Jämtland, Sweden. I found the investors and the production equipment suppliers. As soon as the company was founded I was appointed Project Manager in August 1995. My task was to set up the brewery and to start up the production, which included negotiation with government bodies and county authorities to obtain the licences necessary and to recruit the staff to operate the brewery. My contract was completed in February 1996 when the production started. Today the brewery is the most successful microbrewery in Sweden.

Marknadsteam AB, a Swedish advertising-agency. Co-founder, Senior Partner and member of the Board of Directors. I was responsible for accounting, technical product development and investments. To be able to meet these business goals I co-ordinated the company’s investments in computers, network software and hardware, production software and specialised graphic workstations. During 1989 I initiated a project within the company to establish a second area of business based upon the idea of providing the Swedish graphics industry with high-tech production systems within the pre-press area. I was appointed to find suitable manufacturers and to negotiate distribution agreements with companies in the U.S. and Europe. Major clients: AGFA and Esselte.

Scantext User Group, a Swedish association of more than 80 companies within the graphics industry. Besides dealing with technical issues the task of the board was to negotiate rates and terms with suppliers and insurance companies on behalf of the member companies.
