Worked alongside the System Operations Manager to maintain and improve functionality of the IT Systems within Accordo.Presented with the promotion opportunity based on my contributions to improve our systems while working as an analyst. In this role I successfully kept our consultants online on a near 24/7 basis whilst making system changes to increase analyst productivity.
