Joined Transport America, a TransForce International Company (TFII), under the leadership of a new President and SVP of Business Development. During my time with the company, Transport America improved their operating ratio from 100+ to the high 80’s, through a combination of improved network efficiency, focused cost controls, and new customer acquisition.• Onboarded multiple Enterprise Accounts, significantly improving overall customer diversity • Supported an overhaul of the customer management structure, from a National to Regional model • Consulted with outside marketing firm in the redesign of the company website and sales deck
