•Program lead within Victoria for Food Security programs including participation in the internal Victorian Food Security working group, participation in the Red Cross national food security reference group and representation of Red Cross in external food security networks in Melbourne, Dandenong and Geelong. •Led the end to end review of the Good Start Breakfast Club program in Victoria, including holding focus groups and interviews with key stakeholders, writing of the review report, development of the review recommendations and action plan for the review, which resulted in an increase in food literacy education focus within breakfast clubs in schools•Contributing to funding applications and acquittals which resulted in successfully obtaining yearly philanthropic funding for approximately $30, 000•Recruitment, selection and ongoing support of 50 volunteers across 3 programs, including mentoring young volunteer leaders within programs •Innovation and development of program resources and packages- using the review process to identify opportunities for program change and improvement, creation of project briefs/proposals which informed management of program results and opportunities.
