o Prepare Canadian Crude Budget for 2013o Develop reports for management to make timely and well-founded decisions regarding Canadian projectso Calculate monthly pricing for 9 different counterparties (over 33,000 bbl per day of foreign supply)o Coordinate purchases of ~4,000 bbls per day of Canadian supplyo Assist with rail and truck logisticso Schedule transactions in company's system of record, SAP and subsequent module MTSo Process and submitting for billing of foreign crude invoiceso Interact with foreign counterparty representatives

• Reportingo Monitor daily railcar activity at the NuStar St James Terminal, including offloads, transfers, tanks inventory, fees, quality measurements, and gain/loss (~10,000 bbl per day of crude oil)o Update daily brokerage report to assist Risk Management with Mark to Market reportingo Interface with business unit reporting accountants in generating the 2010-2011 budgeto Conduct contract formula pricing calculations for physical crude purchases and saleso Developed spreadsheet tool to track railcar shipments and inventory movements of crude oil for use by managemento Assist with crude balances reporting for crude oil transactions in excess of 70,000 bbls per dayo Provide daily reconciliations and statements documenting customer sales and inventory movements to crude trading department• Scheduling o Document domestic and foreign crude oil purchase and sale contracts in SAPo Coordinate crude scheduling in MTSo Interact with internal cross-functioning teams (accounting, credit, A/P, Risk Mgt, Contract Admin)o Serve as the full-time backup for domestic crude operations at NuStar
