CurrentCoordination of Loan Processes:- Manage and track the progress of mortgage applications from initiation to closing.- Ensure all necessary documentation is collected, completed, and submitted in a timely manner.Communication:- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, loan officers, underwriters, and real estate agents.- Provide updates on loan status and address any inquiries or concerns promptly.Document Management:-Organize and maintain electronic and physical files related to each transaction.- Review documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Deadline Management:-Monitor and track critical deadlines to ensure timely processing and closing of loans.- Prepare and distribute closing documents and ensure all parties are informed of timelines.
