The experience that I’ve gained from information technology and security domains has helped me to manage my projects and endeavors with unique recipes. One of my employments before starting my own business was in an Israeli security & technology company during Russo-Georgian war of 2008, where I’ve got my first inspiration to elevate the cyber capabilities in Georgia. For that purpose, I have spent over 14 years as a security entrepreneur developing the very first cyber security-oriented organization in Caucasus (CASE). From that time, I was conducting extensive security training programs for law enforcement, military, corporations and, thousands of professionals from all walks of life. Running my own businesses showed me how essential a strong ethic and empathy are. My experience of being a trainer taught me the importance of connecting with people, while being comfortable in the public eye. Due to my managerial experience, I’ve been fortunate to manage dozens of people in variety of projects and organizations. I’ve also worked for Microsoft with great success in fighting software piracy in Georgia and few other big-name companies. From the public sector I was consulting Cyber Security Bureau under the Ministry of Defense of Georgia as well as the Cyber Crime Division under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia at the stage of their foundation to help assist in design of organizational structure and other aspects of capacity building in the field. Due to my extensive network in the LEMIL occasionally I continue assisting various government institutions to help them solve cyber security related issues. I am extensively involved in projects that aim to confront propaganda and disinformation campaigns would it be projects at CASE, individual efforts or covering hot topics in media as a full-time guest. My latest international project was with the Embassy of Poland in Georgia as a NATO contact point embassy and NATO’s Public Diplomacy Division. Along with my core activities I also take contracts related to digital transformation and education. Few of such from my portfolio includes acting as an Innovations Manager at one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in the Caucasus (Aversi), as well as with Georgia’s Innovations and Technology Agency to design training program for 5,000 IT professionals, building and launching biggest E-Commerce projects, digital transformation and so forth.I am eager to try new things and to meet and communicate with interesting new personalities of mutual interests.
