I am a first generation college graduate earning my Bachelor’s of Arts from Albright College in Dec. of 2020 studying English with a minor in photography. Being fundamentally open to trying new things has helped me to amass ten years of diverse work experience across different industries including hospitality, marketing, and social media. From my many roles, I’ve also been able to develop and hone a number of transferable skills to use in any career. Among these are interpersonal skills like detailed and concise written and spoken communication, creative skills such as an attention to detail, creative problem solving, and curating pretty great playlists, and technical skills with proficiency across the main social media platforms, Canva, Adobe suite, Google suite, and Microsoft Office. I hope to find myself in a fulfilling career led by my passions for literature, content creation, art, fashion, history, and/or community where I may be able to enact meaningful change at a company committed to their DEI efforts. In my personal life, I am an avid reader and voracious writer, often performing original poetry at arts events and open mics. I like attending community events and volunteering my time and skills where and when I can. I compete in pageants striving to redefine beauty, empower women, and encourage strong community relationships on the road to continuing my education with an MFA in creative writing or an MS in Library Sciences. I am seeking opportunities to bring my whole self into a career in social media strategy and development or editorial and publishing assistance.
