CurrentAs the Administrative Training Assistant/Registrar, I served as the primary contact for registration transactions and managed all functions of ACTIVE net registration software. I coordinated and supported all training and technical assistance activities for childcare providers and parents, registered all trainings and events, and provided on-site and virtual training facilitation. Additionally, I developed communication and outreach plans, generated user guides and manuals, and managed e-newsletter development and dissemination. I also independently responded to grant funder inquiries, organized grant documents, and supported the Training Coordinator with administrative tasks. I acted as the primary contact for KRONOS payroll system inquiries and compiled data and wrote sections of grant reports, highlighting my strong technical, administrative, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.As the primary point of contact for the Office of Children & Families, I demonstrated exceptional customer service skills while managing fiscal operations such as county accounting systems, credit card statement reconciliation, payment processing, invoicing, and vendor payment tracking to ensure accurate financial records. I also maintained an up-to-date vendor payment system and demonstrated expertise in Active Net Software for point of sale and registration, serving as the backup Active Net Administrator to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, I managed and edited the Office of Children & Families website, contributed to community outreach and programs, and assisted with grant preparation, payment processing, budget updates, and reconciliations with strong attention to detail and accuracy. During the pandemic, I coordinated safe community-based deliveries independently to ensure efficient and timely services.
