My responsibilities include performing initial review of data, performing troubleshooting and maintenance as needed, calibrate instruments as necessary, check medications for patient samples to help in determining which results are inconsistent, sequence samples on instruments to facilitate continuous workflow to the equipment, determine which samples need to be repeated for poor quality or inconsistent results, verify trays for loading and unloading the instrument, prepare reagents and fill the reagent bottles on the instrument, transfer results into the LIMS, adhere to HIPAA requirements, adhere to OSHA regulations.
