Current• Strong investigative skills• Identify gaps and trends • Complete regulatory computer base training quarterly• Attend monthly regulatory calibration • Pay close attention to detail• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Strive to enhance team morale• Leverage historical trends and data to develop recommendations for remediation and present to leadership • Adhere to Regulation guideline to enhance quality and close gaps within department procedures• Proactively, continuously, and autonomously implement remediation across the organization focused on preventing reoccurrence of future process breakdown • Ability to lead team meeting and or department stand-ups• Train managers, VP’s, supervisors, new hires and agents on new work and processes within AQA • Work closely with upper management to assist with process improvement within line of business• Adapt to change and investing in the betterment of teams within Card Risk • Regular attendance • Escalate cases and issues as appropriate for advanced investigation• Serve as a risk, quality, and compliance subject matter expert: provide guidance as advice as needed
