I am a resilient and solutions-driven Director who has steered unparalleled leadership on a wide variety of Program and Community matters over the last 15+ years, most recently for the City of South Fulton. Having cultivated a strength for unparalleled abilities in Organizational Leadership, Monitoring and Reporting, Public Relations, Contract Negotiation, Partnership Execution, Budgeting, Event Planning, Financial Benchmarking, Recruitment, and Training and Development, I have been able to secure strong partnerships, deliver captivating events, and establish cultures built to WIN. Shaped by my superior work ethic, I have defined and developed policies, created scalable strategies, integrated process improvements, and defined industry experience to meet established citywide requirements, key enterprise priorities, operational needs, and applicable program goals.Over the course of my career, I have been able to drive immense changes across differentiated verticals, impart sound business decisions, and reach a keen level of program effectiveness by preparing for and responding to changes in evolving landscapes. Leveraging my knowledge and experience, I have influenced successful interfaces and communications with key leaders, public officials, and stakeholders to drive goal achievement in line with both city and program objectives. Embraced by many challenges along my career track, I have put together a fortifying career to date coupled with a Master of Education in Higher Education and Student Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Cum Laude.
