As Asset Manager I exercise my financial acumen to meticulously manage the financial and operational dimensions of Integral’s real estate portfolio, encompassing more than 10,000 units. My primary objective revolves around optimizing the performance and value of each individual asset at the project level.

Raine & Company is a joint venture partner with PEMCO together creating Sage Acquisitions. Sage Acquisitions is currently serving as the Asset Management contractor for HUD in 6 states. As Senior Contract Manager for Raine I am responsible for global oversight of marketing and sales operations of up to 8,000 HUD REO properties managing a team of 100+. I helped facilitate the startup of the contract by developing processes to achieve the goals set forth in HUD’s statement of work. I traveled to satellite offices to train staff and support junior managers with staff development. I analyze trends and recommend solutions for process improvements as needed. As a direct report to the Principal I partnered on staffing and restructure strategies including new hires, terminations and staff reductions. Ofori & Associates is an Asset Manager for the Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) covering 6 states with a contract value of approximately $37 million. I was Senior Manager responsible for supervision and leadership for team of 32 consisting of 3 mid-level managers and 29 specialists. As Project Manager, I oversaw the day to day marketing and sales procedures for an inventory of over 2,000 single family assets. I ensured all contractual obligations were met as outlined in HUD’s statement of work and devised a plan of action in the event of non-compliance. I was the primary point of contact with HUD personnel researching and responding to escalated inquiries from the public regarding technical issues related to HUD homes. HVH Realty is a subset of Hooks Van Holm created to market and manage bank owned assets. As a startup entity, I was entrusted with the responsibility of overseeing all aspects of the disposition process with little supervision. I handled all marketing efforts, property management, contract negotiation and closing coordination. Tasks included, but were not limited to performing walk through inspections, marketing via on-site signage, flyers and listing with MLS and FMLS and coordinating closings with attorneys and lenders.Achievements with HVH Realty:• Successfully closed 85 properties in 2.5 years totaling $9.7 million in sales

Hooks Van Holm (HVH) was a Management and Marketing Contractor for HUD assisting with the disposition of REO assets. As Assistant Manager for HVH, I co-managed approximately 200 single family properties in MS and AL. In relation to the Property Management Department, I responded to tenant needs and addressed property maintenance concerns in a timely and effective manner. I also obtained repair estimates and monitored performance for a network of about 50 vendors. For the Closing Department, I reviewed and signed approximately 75 sales contracts per week as Delegate of Authority for HUD.Achievements with Hooks Van Holm:• Received 3 promotions during 4 year tenure• Acknowledged by upper management for developing and maintaining positive relationships with clients, tenants and vendors acting as a liaison between all parties
