With over 16 years of experience in various administrative roles, I am a skilled and efficient professional who specializes in background administration and personnel/labor relations. I have a Master of Public Administration degree with a focus on health administration, and I am currently working as a Personnel/Labor Relations Associate at NYC Health + Hospitals, the largest public health care system in the nation.In my current role, I process candidate backgrounds and fingerprinting, perform weekly and audits, review and submit backgrounds and prepare for hiring processes collaboratively with internal facilities and DCAS. I also handle confidential duties as assigned.
