Technical Communication is a very diversified degree honing in on the intent and ability to successfully managed and produce information to a specific targeted audience. As a technical communicator, I convey ideas using software tools and various forms of technology. The advantage is communicating using documentation and illustration to connect with an audience practically. I am knowledgeable of the best practices to effectively manage and organize social media, online content and document resources in a professional work environment.Social Media Integration course has introduced another skill set as a communicator with the understanding of implementation of social media policies and how to manage SEO platforms .As a professional, I am involved in many team-building projects inclusive of creating manuals, web content and marketing strategies for corporations as well as small businesses. However, technical communicators have elevated career task beyond text guides. I’ve developed policies to govern, educate potential risk, and manage social media practices in the workplace. In addition, I've taken courses in public relations, corporate business communication and marketing to improve my vision in the field. I've work in multiple industries from fashion, entertainment, retail and currently real estate. My experience in these areas has refined my ability to be a versatile team player or work independently and effectively.
