Duties include, but are not limited to responding to Front Line Associates questions, Supervisor call request, and performing coaching when areas of opportunity have been identified. Side-by-sides are performed to help mentor FLAs, answer questions, and further identify coaching opportunities. Additional duties include monitoring the flow, and quality checking inventory to confirm inquiry concerns and issues are being met according to company standards, and time guidelines. Inspire a Team Spirit and promote advancement through motivation, encouragement, and delegating additional responsibilities to FLAs that allow them a platform to further contribute to the Team’s success.

I respond to member questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility, and claims while making a connection during the contact. I analyze problems and provide information/solutions. I operate a PC/image station to obtain and extract information; document information, activities and changes in the database. I research and analyze data to address operational challenges and customer serviceissues. I develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinate with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner. I use computerized systems such as CCB and STAR for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting. I seek, understand, and respond to the needs and expectations of internal and external customers.
