Responsible for identifying, developing, and leading special community engagement, strategic planning, facilitation, and organizational assessment efforts for the Public Policy and Management Center.  This position will allow me to work with nonprofits, local, state, and federal constituents.

Manage the Water Utilities Business Operations Division, supporting approximately 147,000 customers. Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely billing, business process review, documentation,and enhancement, community engagement, quality assurance, and customer contact.

Project Manager/Team Leader on projects ranging from national workshops, revitalization programs, training manual development and implementation, development of new grant programming, new federal grant report designs, and staff.

Responsible for managing account revenue team for the Water Utilities Business Operations a division.Responsible for special projects including community engagement, process improvements, business process review and documentation.

Facilitate community discussions, forums and lead problem solving task teams, implementing changes and monitoring program outcomes. Responsible for building capacity among residents and working with outside agencies in helping to increase participation in their programs; continually seeking opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and improve the quality of life for residents.
