Provide computer support for customers and troubleshoot issues, documenting calls that came in and created helpdesk tickets using EMST, also adding resolutions to issues to the procedures and knowledge database. Provides assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word-processing, electronic mail, operation systems.Provide and fulfill request for installing peripheral devices, monitors, computer equipment, and other IT devices.Provide timely responses to user's questions and concerns.Provides leadership and work guidance to less experienced personnel.Provide support to end-user community on hardware, software and network-related problems, questions and use. Provide quick problem solving including, but not limited to, fixing errors, creating alternative methods of completing a task, correcting user errors, and correcting system inconsistencies.Develops and maintains appropriate system documentation to ensure that documentation is current.Acts as a liaison with customers on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.Answers questions or resolve computer issues for customers in person, via telephone, or from remote location. Assist customers with submitting various requests, for software, database, and group accesses.Reset profiles, passwords, unlock accounts,create, modify, and delete groups. Create shared folders, grant and revoke access to shared folders including implementing inheritance.Installed computer hardware and software application, also rebuilt workstations.
