Provides intensive supervision probation to participants in the Girls' Empowerment Mentoring and Support Girls Court and SOAR Drug Court programs. Create trust-based relationships with clients. Formulate individualized case plans and coordinate referrals to aid participants in achieving their treatment goals. Track participants’ progress in the programs and provide interventions to help participants complete the programs successfully. Facilitate treatment meetings to collaborate on effective treatment solutions. Facilitate MRT groups. Complete predisposition reports and provide testimony to the Court.

Conduct social history interviews gathering information from probationers, families, schools, and treatment providers, to complete Predisposition Reports for the Juvenile Court. Offer recommendations to the court using the Progressive Sanction Guidelines system, deviating when necessary based on the probationer's presenting factors. Provide testimony in court as to recommendations and status updates. Supervise probationers in accordance to their probation terms and conditions, making contacts in the office, schools, or home setting. Conducts drug screenings in accordance to probation conditions. Make referrals for psychological evaluations, individual and family therapy, substance abuse treatment, anger and rage counseling, community service opportunities, and other services as needed or court ordered. Complete Field and Residential Case Plans to outline needs and interventions

Investigated referrals of abuse and neglect by interviewing victims, parents, extended family members, school officials, child care providers, and employers. Completed investigative reports which included findings and recommendations. Completed safety plans to reduce risk in the home. Provided referrals for resources to families such as counseling, parenting classes, and substance abuse treatment. Filed petitions with the court in cases where child removals were warranted.
