Responding to clients' inquiries on security concerns.- Coordinate between various departments, clients and stakeholders to resolve security issues and provide solutions for prevention.- Provide guidance and mentorship to improve analyst skill sets and ensure delivery of high quality analysis and work products- Mentor team members on how to handle and analyze security incidents.- Provide security monitoring and incident response of cyber security events in a highly available Security Operation Center (SOC) that supports internal and external customers- Ensure accountability and punctuality of security analysts

- Act as Incident first responder for a 24/7 staffedSOC, reviewing and verifying system alerts- Assist with the development of incident response plans, workflows, and SOPs- Monitor security sensors and review logs to identify intrusions- Escalate security incidents using established policies and procedures- Perform initial analysis of security events, network traffic, and logs to engineer new detection - methods, or create efficiencies when available- Identify incident root cause and take proactive mitigation step- Provide analysis of security log data from a large number of heterogeneous security devices- Review vulnerabilities and track resolution- Liaise with Ensign customers on security intrusions and provide swift and accurate remedial action.
