Provide notifications to staff, managers, Marketing, Strategy Team, Law Enforcement as necessary regarding protests, threats and issues to our staff and facilities.Complete incident reports through the PPFA reporting system (AIMS) and serve as liaison with PPFA Security. Examine and approve Security Department bills and when necessary Facilities bills.Negotiate agreements and contracts. Communicate security status, updates, actual or potential threats, using established protocols. Collect and analyze security data to determine security needs, security program goals and program accomplishments.
