Regulatory Compliance: Understand the legal and regulatory environment in which the holding company and its subsidiaries operate.Corporate Governance: Experience in corporate governance and work closely with the company's board of directors and ensure that the company adheres to established governance practices.Risk Management: Have a deep understanding of risk management to identify and mitigate potential risks that could affect the company's operations or profitability.
