Develop and manage good working relationships with clients, primarily insurance brokers. Introduce new products and promote them through regular visits and communication with intermediaries. Manage a portfolio of clients, achieving targets for new business and renewals/retention of current clients. Attract new business by identifying and exploiting opportunities in the local market. Provide accurate quotations and meet sales targets. Increase the profitability of existing product lines by encouraging clients to use added-value services wherever possible.

Establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, corporate sales, Collaborate with R&D, Marketing and Claims departments on issues and opportunities impacting the business

Communicate with brokers or potential customers and prepare quotes, gather and assess background information in order to effectively assess the risk involved, decide whether the risk should be shared with a reinsurer, liaising with specialists, such as surveyors or doctors, for risk assessment, calculate possible risk and decide how much customer should pay for insurance, compute results for appropriate premiums using actuarial information, other statistics and own judgement, gathering information and various types of reports (e.g. medical records) from specialists, negotiate terms with policyholders or their brokers.Process new insurance claims notifications, collect accurate information and documents to proceed with a claim, guide policyholders on how to proceed with the claim, investigate potentially fraudulent claims, ensure fair settlement of a valid claim, involvement in loss adjusting activities and in legal discussions relating to settlement.

Responsibility for the administration and efficient daily operation of a full service branch office, including operations, lending, product sales, customer service, and security and safety in accordance with the Bank's objectives, implementation of SLA, provide a superior level of customer relations and promote the sales and service culture, collaborate in the hiring, training and retention of staff, supervise, coach, and develop staff regarding service expectations, policies, procedures, products,systems and banking transactions, achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, facilitate regular employee meetings to discuss goals, disseminate company information and discuss operational issues, maintain staff schedules to provide adequate coverage at all times, manage difficult situations with customers and provide them with a resolution, information or additional options, contribute to the fulfillment of department and company objectives and goals.

Maintain effective relationship with all customers and sell all financial products, explain, advise on and promote bank products and services to customers, record all transactions promptly, accurately and in compliance with bank procedures.
