Responsible for developing new business in the Northeast territory through channel enablement and initiating new relationship with IT managers/directors. My day to day responsibilities include cold calling IT managers as well as developing and delivering training to potential channel partners. I work with existing channel partners to improve product knowledge and provide assistance with deal closures.

Responsible for the development of new relationships and account maintenance for Southern California. Day to day responsibilities included prospecting, cold calling, client meetings, client lunches and attending networking events. Managed on-site consultants payroll, scheduling, and trouble shooting sensitive situations.

I was part of a two person team that handled new business while also supporting the existing client base for the entire Midwest region of the US. I oversaw both outbound and inbound calls for all Diskeeper products, and was responsible for cold calling, generating proposals, negotiating contracts, product demos, product training, cross selling/up-selling, and new hire training

I worked directly with an outside sales representative to develop and maintain relationships with commercial and residential plumbers. My responsibilities included outbound sales calls to develop new leads, product research for clients, preparing and following up on quotes, processing orders, and handling client requests. Additionally, I initiated a startup training program for new hires and taught training classes for new products being introduced to the marketplace. The training program was later nationally adopted by Ferguson.
