Project in 2015 between Telia and Telenor on the HR area in relation to the merger of the two organizations.Results: Reduction of Telia's legal department while still providing high quality legal advice as well as handling industry matters at a high level of quality.

Responsibilities: "End to end" handling of issues within the legal and regulatory areas. Assisting both Legal Manager & VP with people management. From 2007 to 2009 responsible for target fulfilment and coordination towards 6 case handlers in relation to all written customer complaints in Telia.Results: Quality in Telia's customer complaint handling. Reduction of the number of complaints, incl. reduction of cases in the Consumer Complaints Board.

Coaching and prioritizing the director's duties. Results: 1) Ensuring a broad consensus among the Industry's members so that work could be done towards a common goal – namely to ensure the best framework for investments in Denmark. 2) Support for the Industry's director with regard to relief, motivation and retention. 3) Ensuring goals and proper prioritization and that the Industry had a healthy economy that could rest in itself.
