Work tasks included:Light System: Developed a test stand to evaluate the performance of the light system in EDEN Luna.Plant Growth and Monitoring: Supported the growth and continuous monitoring of the plants from seed to harvest in the laboratory, while also carrying out upgrades to the lab facilities.BioLoops: Built the BioLoops prototype rack, which aims to establish a sustainable, compact, and energy-efficient system for decentralized food production in urban and rural areas, utilizing recycled fertilizer from human urine and advanced automation to create an autonomous cultivation system.CAD Design: Updated the tray drainage design and revised the new models in CATIA.

Conducted research on a platform to simulate microgravity for biological experiments at the Aerospace Physiology Lab and Human Systems Lab.

Assisted in the development of new exercise and medical equipment for the International Space Station through FEM and CFD analyses. Contributed with structural verification, design improvements, assembly drawings and guides for manufacturing.

Worked primarily with register and prepare blood samples for tests.
