Project engineer for expansion of biogas facility in southern Jutland. Installment of redundancy biogas amine washing upgrading unit at exisiting site. An entirely new gas condition section was built into the old space in order to handle both the upgraded gas from the old amine washing unit and new. The new gas condition was constructed with only 1 week shutdown of the facility to ensure the client could keep downtime as low as possible. I involved in the layout design, procurement, client communication and oversight of contruction at site and equipment.Project Lead for Ammogas first biogas upgrading plant in Germany with amine washing. It is located near Bonn and can upgrade up to 500 m3/h of rawgas continously. The plant converts the biogas to high quality biomethane. The off-gas will have the H2S and VOC removed to extreme low amounts, in order to not disturb the surrounding homeowners. As project lead I took part of the engineering, layout, planning, procurement, oversight of the construction at site and in-house equipment and commisioning of the plant.Project lead for Ammongas second biogas upgrading plant in Germany during the construction and planning, also heavily involved the layout design of the plant.
