Chat Republic Games is a developer and publisher of social racing games. I joined CRG as partner, CEO when the first version of the game Battery Formula Racing was completed and the second, more advanced, version later to be called Superstar Racing was in development. My task was to define a new strategy, find global distribution and advertising sales partners and seek 1st round of VC financing for the company’s growth. We completed these tasks in 15 months since I started and launched Superstar Racing in Miniclip reaching over a million players from over 100 countries. I still remain a board member and shareholder in the company and follow it’s development in closely.

FS Film is Finland’s leading theatrical and home entertainment distributor distributing films from 20the Century Fox, MGM, Warner and a wide variety of independent pickups as well as local films. FS is a subsidiary of AB Svensk Filmindustri and part of Bonnier Group.I had the pleasure of starting the company for SF from scratch and seeing the company grow to about 30 employees and +20 meur in turnover. During my tenure of some 8 years as Managing Director, I moved around from running the theatrical distribution to starting our own film production unit and a daughter company Juonifilmi and finally run the video distribution operation. During my time at FS we were proud to distribute great films including the Lord of The Rings trilogy, James Bond: Die Another Day, Moulin Rouge and Ice Age. After leaving the company I was asked to join the company’s board and served as a board member for two years.

CTSE was the Finnish theatrical distribution joint venture of Columbia Tristar and Egmont (later Nordisk Film). CTSE also distributed 20th Century Fox films 1998-2000 and my job at CTSE was to market these films and look out for Fox’s interests in Finland. During my run at CTSE I had the pleasure to work with films such as Titanic, Fight Club and There’s Something About Mary.
