Who am I? A father of two, husband, enthusiastic sports fan, junior soccer coach and team leader. From the beginning of my professional career, employers have given me a chance & position to lead teams, sites, business units, competence areas, all company people... And it has been absolutely fun & delightful. Working with professional people together is the best you could imagine. It does not matter whether we solve challenges, try to deliver in time, create new businesses or just to meet smaller goals, excellent team work is the key.In addition of leading teams, creating value is important to me, whether we are creating value for the company, our customers or people itself.
