I noticed a moment ago that I have worked in a construction business over 20 years – that's a long time, isn't it, but perhaps the most interested question is what has happened during that period?In recent years, I´ve developed a Software as a Service product called Prodect from a scratch with our software development team. In my role, I have defined requirements for the product to fulfill customer needs and I’ve created a scalable value creation model for the product. Furthermore, I have worked as a head of software sales, and I have built a sales process and a customer boarding process for the product and for my sales team to ensure growth and new business.I have worked as a construction engineer earlier. During those days I have been responsible for civil engineering, construction/ site management, procurements, cost management, sales (consulting services) and testing and commissioning. Furthermore, I have studied finance, internal and financial accounting and economics during those days.A lot has happened, but a lot is still to come 😊
