We designed the global capability model and after engaging with 108 countries we created a recommended reference architecture.𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐦𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧In this project, I worked as the Nordic Lead being a part of mapping 110 processes across 14 destinations, which was consolidated into standard ways of working. 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡Working for a huge bank in Australia, where aspects from lean portfolio management were used to increase the performance and ensure a successful transformation into agile ways of working. The coaching in this project involved supporting the design and creation of the quarterly business reviews used for performance tracking per business area.
