I worked in progressive roles within the audit practice in the banking and capital markets industry, mostly serving global banks and clearing broker-dealers in NYC. During my last years with the firm, I was either the lead or co-lead senior manager on a number of the firm's largest investment banking clients, and managed an international $1B carve-out engagement. My other notable experience included performance management, board of directors / audit committee presentations, being part of a team to win a new Fortune Global 500 investment banking client for the firm, a 14-month international rotation in Frankfurt, Germany (2014 - 2015) serving a foreign 20-F/6-K filer, lead role in budget management of a 100,000+ hour annual project, fee negotiation/discussions, budget forecasting, significant international coordination, financial statements and contract reviews, SEC regulations and other regulatory standards, various financial instruments, an IPO engagement, REIT experience, U.S. GAAP, IFRS, SOX controls, SEA Rules 17a-5, 15c3-1 and 15c3-3 and management of and coordination with various inspections performed by the U.S. government regulators (the PCAOB), peer firms and the firm's internal quality reviewers.
