As head of IT I’m responsible for Mannaz IT strategy, Project Management, IT architecture and IT operation.I have made and implemented the current IT strategy. An strategy that ensures that IT is scalable, economic, flexible, up to date, secure and professional.One of my main achievements was changing Mannaz ERP system to Maconomy. It was done within the planed time, quality and budget. I was the project manager and responsible for the entire project. I handled:- Selecting the system (Maconomy)- Making the requirement specification- Budget- Coordinating development, configuration and testing the new ERP system- Change Management of the process that was altered- Education and training- Ensured the strategic fit and that the goals for the project was obtained- Handled project plan, milestones and deadlines.Besides that, I have been responsible for:- upgrade of www.mannaz.com to its current platform (WordPress) and designing the integration to the ERP system by .NET webservices.- Designed and developed the Business Intelligent and reporting system in Business Object.- Designed and implemented the CRM system, workflows and process.- Automated the entire campaign engine and made it possible to measure our marketing effect.- Virtualized the server park.- Implemented the email marketing system that sends out nearly one million mails/year- Implemented a BYOD strategy, that enables employees easy and secure access to company information- Setting up a IT helpdesk system, that by now is used by other department to ensure quality in delivery.- Making the use of emails more LEAN.

I was hired to develop DIEUs new ERP platform. I singlehanded designed the software and database architecture for a ERP system that covered CRM, LMS and the integration with the finance system (Navision) and the integration with the web.The ERP system was developed using the latest version of .NET and SQL server. The architecture was based on best practice in OOAD, usability, deployment. Quick development was ensured through an automatic data layer generator that created a rich integration with the database. The system has fast search algorithm, automated error handling, dynamic input validation, change logging in XML for all changed made in the system. The rich domain layer was automatic bound to a thin presentation layer. The system was designed, developed and put into production, and was successfully used afterwards.

Cybercity had more than 100.000 ADSL customers, and the handling of those customers was 100% automated by an in-house developed software system. I was part of an architect team that defined how version control, Project Management, work flow and Service patched was handled. Besides that I was head of 6 person in the change request team. A team that implemented all change request from the organization. I was responsible for prioritize and organize more than 1.000 change requests, and afterwards select and ensure the implementation of those CR.

I worked partly as software developer and consultant. My main fields were: - setting up CRM solution in Goldmine - Maintained, analyzed and developed databases on Microsoft SQL server. - Developed integration between software systems.

Qpeople was my first job after I finished my education as a engineer. This was the job that tought me the difference between school theory and the real world.
