With over 19 years of experience in Felm, a seasoned Regional Director, I am a global security expert who manages and coordinates security and crises in 30 countries. I have a Master of Science degree in Risk, Crisis and Resilience Management from the University of Portsmouth and a Specialist qualification in Management from the Helsinki Business College. I specialise in risk definitions and their effect on management practice, currently working through a ISO 31000 process implementation. My core competencies include project evaluation, resource planning, training, and remote team management. I am passionate about defining and translating risk, managing crises, and promoting resilience in challenging and complex contexts. I am fluent in English, French, and Finnish, and I have extensive regional knowledge of Western and Eastern Africa. I am currently the Safety and Security Community of Practice Chair with the ACT Alliance and the Security Manager at Felm, a faith-based organisation that works for human dignity and justice worldwide.
