In ATP Group Finance I was a part of the team Group Analysis and worked with cost controlling from a Group point of view. The team functioned as business partner for top management and performed analysis and reporting on the financial performance across the administrative part of the Group. Among others I worked within the following subjects:- Budget and forecast - Development of new KPI structure focused on cost efficiency- Building models in Excel- Realization of benefits from project portfolio- Cost allocation
