I'm a Data Executive with expertise in establishing data governance frameworks, overseeing data infrastructure and architecture, developing data strategy, leading data analytics and business intelligence initiatives, and identifying opportunities for data monetization.I began my career in New Hampshire during the Great Recession by founding my own company, where I handled everything from data analysis and report writing to marketing and sales. One of my clients then offered me a full-time role, where I continued working with data using MS Office tools, SPSS, and R. After the company was acquired by Bloomberg, I took on responsibility for data management and research operations, overseeing these functions until the end of 2014, when the company was sold again to American Lawyer Media (ALM).At ALM, I managed data assets, led product development, and delivered consulting projects within the Intelligence division. Eventually, I co-managed an entire business unit before joining a boutique market research and consulting partnership, where I took on all aspects of data management and analytics.Key achievements in my career include establishing quality control standards and methods in my first full-time role as a Research Associate. After advancing to Manager of Research, I created a market-sizing database that integrated the company's data sources and resolved prior inconsistencies. As Director of Market Research, I was part of the executive team that successfully facilitated the sale of the company to ALM.At ALM, I guided my business unit through a major transformation, overseeing a complete redesign of both our revenue model and organizational structure. At Kennedy Research Reports, I drove client acquisition and developed our extensive and complex data assets.I'm currently expanding my programming skills and pursuing certifications in markup languages I have mastered, such as SQL and HTML. To enhance my executive capabilities, I'm also focusing on sales strategies and deal-making skills. Outside the commercial sphere, I volunteer with Tax Fairness for Americans Abroad, an organization dedicated to ending citizenship-based taxation and reducing the regulatory burdens faced by Americans living abroad.
