In charge of organising the Lausanne Triathlon (administration, communication, etc.)

In charge of the general communication and the branding of the venue.

Supporting the Executive Director in his main duties; supporting the various commissions; coordinating contact between the OC and various services of the City of Lausanne, the 34 other cities involved in the event and the Canton of Vaud; carrying out administrative tasks.

Supporting the Secretary General in his tasks (strategic planning, finance, information management, external relations, human resources, communications, marketing, event supervision, etc.); responsible for the OC office (10 people); supervising a team of four people (full-time); OC presentations; writing of the final report.

Supporting the institute’s Director in his tasks; organising colloquiums; project preparation and follow-up.

Managing the event’s secretariat; project follow-up (contacting sponsors, authorities, etc.); creating the general planning of all administrative tasks; participant registration.

Collaborating in the organisation of an international tournament; helping with executive tasks; quality analyses (players, spectators and staff members).
