About Lasse Skøtt Hansen

Forecasting-specialist.For the last 15 years I have I have working with forecasts in one or another form. Latest as Masterplanner at Palsgaard A/S where the forecast was used for capacity balancing.I have 9 years’ experience in controlling with focus on corporate reporting , budget and forecast preparation and various financial analyzes . Latest as Business Controller at Vikan A/S and prior to that as FP&A at SPX Flow Technology and Controller at Uponor A/S. At Uponor A/S I also helped implementing a new ERP system , merge two entities to one legal entity as subsequent to split it again to prepare for merger with third parties.Before that I worked for 3 ½ years with the implementation of demand planning as one leg of an organizational paradigme change to Sales and Operations Planning. Here I worked with project work related to the actual implementation . At the same time I have extensive experience working in a matrix organization when the actual demand plans should be prepared.Common to my previous features is that I have been able to draw on my core competencies are to plan and have an overview . I approach things systematically and with the goal in focus.
