Ensured Inmarsat $15M+ investment in BGAN user terminal development at Thrane & Thrane was executed to Inmarsat specifications and within agreed schedule. Reported back to BGAN program management in HQ and performed all project management tasks to facilitate successful contractual compliance. Served as ‘point-of-contact’ for all contract related.
