- Internal management consulting in business performance at subsidiaries and production facilities in more than 10 countries across Europe, Africa, North and South America (100+ days abroad) - Responsible for developing and implementing change sustainment program for 49 subsidiaries. From approx. 50% to 90% sustained.- In depth business process analysis, business process improvements and cost cutting within the service industry, by application of various LEAN and Six Sigma methods.- Project management and implementation in global operations.- Performance management implementation and education of employees, 5S implementation and education in service subsidiaries and production (up to 50 employees at the same time)

- Responsible for developing simple and visual communication materials for project program. The material resulted in significant increase in program awareness and achievements in the global organization. - In depth analysis on business units performance by conducting surveys and crushing numbers from SAP and data sheets in Excel. - Project coordination of minor projects within project program. - Successful coordination and facilitation of multiple cross-departmental workshops for business and process optimization. - Implementation of business excellence program in subsidiaries in Europe together with business excellence team.
